Mackerel Potato Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can mackerel
    1 1/2 c. cold mashed potatoes
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1 tsp. mustard
    2 to 3 Tbsp. fat
    2 Tbsp. corn meal
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except fat.
    Put fat in pan and drop cakes in hot pan.
    Fry.
