Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. potatoes
    1/4 c. margarine (butter)
    1 pt. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
    1 onion, diced
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Cook
    potatoes in skin and cool.
    Remove skin and shred coarsely.
    Mix
    potatoes and cheese in greased 9 x 13-inch pan or large casserole.
    Cook onion in 1/4 cup butter until soft. Mix with
    sour cream and celery soup.
    Pour over potatoes and mix well.
    Refrigerate overnight.
