Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium can peas
1 medium can corn
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 jar diced pimiento
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Mix sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper; heat until sugar dissolves.
Let cool.
Add peas, corn, celery, onion, green pepper and pimiento.
Let chill overnight.
