Cheddar Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. milk
2 c. sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In a saucepan melt margarine.
Stir in flour and salt.
Add milk. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Cook and stir for one minute more.
Add cheese, stir until melted.
Makes 2 cups.
