Chocolatetown Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    Festive Whipped Cream (optional)
Preparation
    Prepare pastry shell; set aside.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In small mixer
    bowl cream butter; add eggs and vanilla.
    Combine sugar and
    flour;
    add
    to creamed mixture.
    Stir in chocolate chips and nuts; pour into unbaked pastry shell.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes or
    until
    golden.
    Cool
    about
    1
    hour.
    Serve warm. Garnish with whipped cream.
