Chocolate Caramel Pecan Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    dash of salt
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    1/2 c. caramel ice cream topping
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips with milk and salt.
    Remove from heat; stir in nuts, caramel topping and vanilla.
    Spread evenly in a foil-lined 8 or 9 inch pan.
    Chill 2 hours or until firm.
    Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off foil and cut into squares.
    Makes about 2 pounds.
