Low-Fat Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. skim evaporated cream
    1/2 pkg. chocolate chips, melted
    2 1/2 oz. jar baby food strained prunes
    1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Boil cream, butter and sugar for 5 minutes (start time when bubbling).
    Then add marshmallow cream and then add other ingredients.
    The strained prunes make this very creamy.
    Let set for 2 hours.
