Stuffed Jumbo Shells And Tofu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 jumbo shells (8 oz.)
8 oz. tofu
1 clove garlic, minced
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. each chopped parsley, Parmesan cheese, wheat germ and diced onion
1/2 tsp. each celery seed and basil
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. spaghetti sauce
extra Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook, drain and rinse shells.
Combine remaining ingredients except spaghetti sauce and the extra Parmesan cheese.
Spread 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce in bottom of shallow baking dish.
Fill shells with tofu mix and place in single layer in baking dish.
Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
