Italian Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. lemon extract or flavoring
    1 pie shell (Pillsbury)
Preparation
    Note:
    Can top with any topping or sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
