Refrigerator Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. margarine
    4 eggs
    6 c. flour
    6 c. all-bran
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 qt. buttermilk
    5 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over 2 cups all-bran, let cool.
    Cream margarine, sugar, add eggs.
    Sift soda in flour.
    Add to cream mixture, buttermilk, also add the all-bran mixture and the remaining 4 cups all-bran.
    Stir until well blended; do not beat. Must refrigerate before using, fill well-greased muffin tins and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Make only what you need as this batter will keep 4 to 6 weeks.
