Tomatoes Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dried basil
    2 green onions, finely sliced
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Arrange tomatoes on serving plate; set aside.
    Whisk together oil, vinegar, sugar and basil.
    Stir in onions.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    When ready to serve, pour dressing over tomatoes.
