Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 lb.) whole fryer
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
8 oz. cooked fettucine or spaghetti
1 jar Ragu low-fat tomato and herb spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Arrange washed, dried chicken pieces in a large casserole dish.
Pour Ragu sauce over top, covering pieces well.
Sprinkle Parmesan on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until chicken is very well done.
Serve over hot, buttered spaghetti or fettucine.
