Pineapple Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slice white bread
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. pineapple (in own juice)
    1/4 c. nonfat dry milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. artificial sweetener
Preparation
    Break bread into small pieces in bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Beat until well mixed.
    Pour into nonstick muffin cups.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Yields 4 servings.
