Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    3 beaten eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    celery and carrots, about 2 to 3-inches long
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients together and mold into a loaf in baking dish or pan.
    Place celery and carrots along sides and at ends of meat loaf.\tSalt vegetables and add water; cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 2 hours or until done.
