No Knead Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. milk, scalded
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 egg
Preparation
    Add yeast to warm water; let rest for 10 minutes.
    Mix scalded milk, butter, sugar and salt.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Cool to 85\u00b0. Beat 1 egg and add to yeast mixture.
    Add to milk mixture.
    Beat in half of flour (sifted).
    Beat 2 minutes.
    Add remaining flour and mix the dough until it blisters.
    Place in greased bowl; cover, place in refrigerator.
    To bake, form into two loaves.
    Let rise for 1 hour before baking.
