Edith'S Gourmet Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    salt and pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can water
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 can French fried onions (2.8 oz.)
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown chops and arrange in baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Combine soup, water and thyme.
    Heat.
    Then add parsley, sour cream and 1/2 can of onions.
    Blend and spread over the chops. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Remove cover, put remaining onions on top and bake 5 minutes more.
