Chicken-Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 to 5 lb.) chicken
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    salt to taste
    1 c. milk
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cut chicken in bite size pieces.
    Combine fat, flour, salt, milk and broth; cook until thickened.
    Add mayonnaise and lemon juice.
    Cook broccoli; place in bottom of casserole dish.
    Combine chicken and sauce.
    Pour over broccoli.
    Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 until well heated and brown.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
