Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick melted margarine
    1 small can evaporated milk
    3 eggs
    1 can flaked coconut (reserve some for top)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix eggs and sugar.
    Add other ingredients.
    Mix well and pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Sprinkle with reserved coconut.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour or until firm.
