Broccoli And Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 Tbsp. dried chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. (approximately) Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and dried onion in salted water. Before totally cooked, add undiluted soup, butter and milk. Simmer a little while. Cut cheese into chunks and let melt in soup. Keep stirring as it tends to stick. Serves about 8.
