Ann'S Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. salt
1 c. minute rice
5 c. shredded cabbage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1/2 c. grated cheese (can add more)
Preparation

Brown meat, celery, onion and salt.
In a kettle, cook cabbage for 5 minutes.
After it starts boiling, drain and add meat mixture.
Then add rice and 1/2 of grated cheese.
Put in casserole dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
You may substitute bell pepper for celery and chicken soup for mushroom if you desire.
