Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. sour cream (light)
    1 c. mayo (light)
    1 pkg. Knorr-Swiss vegetable soup mix
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 loaf French bread
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except bread.
    Cut out center of bread and spoon in dip.
    Slice fresh veggies and cut rest of bread into cubes.
    Dip and enjoy!
    (Best if made the day before.)
