Ingredients

6 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. cream
3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation

Beat egg yolks well, slowly adding sugar, then baking powder and vanilla.
Mix well. Beat whites until stiff peaks, fold into yolk mix.
Fold in crumbs and nuts.
Pour into two 9 or 8-inch pans, greased and lined with wax paper.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes.
Remove from pans and frost when cool.
