Joyce'S Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck or beef
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
    1 medium chopped onion
Preparation
    In crock-pot or double boiler; put tomatoes in and cut up cheese and put in.
    Let cheese melt.
    Brown ground chuck or beef and onions; drain.
    Add to cheese and tomatoes mixture.
