Pineapple Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. oat bran cereal
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 (8 oz.) cans crushed pineapple with juice
    2 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Mix milk, 1 can pineapple with juice, egg whites and oil.
    Combine with dry ingredients and mix.
    Add second can of pineapple.
    Bake after lining muffin pans with paper baking cups at 425\u00b0 for 17 minutes.
    Makes 12.
