Angel Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 egg whites
2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat egg whites until very stiff.
Add sugar gradually. Continue beating until very, very stiff.
Add salt and vanilla. Drop by large heaping tablespoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Using back of spoon, make indentation to hold whipped cream.
Bake in 250\u00b0 (slow) oven about 1 hour.
