Tuna Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. tuna, drained
    1 Tbsp. onion
    pepper
    1/4 c. skim milk
    1 tsp. diet margarine
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    12 saltine crackers, crumbled
    1 tsp. fresh parsley
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except margarine and shape into 6 equal patties.
    In a 10-inch skillet, heat margarine until hot and bubbly.
    Add patties and cook over medium heat, turning once, until brown on both sides.
