Seafood Nicolson - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb Medium Shrimp
    1/2 lb. bay scallops
    3/4 lb Lobster Meat
    1 pt. Cream (Heavy)
    1/2 c. Wine
    1/2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley
    1 lb Linguine (Cooked Aldente)
    1 Bunch Broccoli (Cut into Small Pieces)
    2 Leeks (Chopped)
    1 Medium Onion (Chopped)
    1 Red Pepper (Chopped)
    Juice of 1/2 Lemon
    1 1/2 Tbsp Fresh Dill (Chopped)
    4 Tbsp Butter
    Salt & Pepper
    5 Cloves Garlic (Chopped)
    1/3 c. Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
    1. Put butter, leeks, onion, garlic, & red pepper into pan and saute.
    2. Add 1/2 c. wine, parsley, lemon juice, salt, & pepper.
    Cook 2 minutes. Add cream.
    3. Cook several minutes on simmer. Add scallops & broccoli
    and cook for a few more minutes.
    4. Just before serving add shrimp and cook till just pink.
