Oven Roasted Chicken In Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts, split
    1 c. tomato puree
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1/8 c. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. allspice or other spices
    dash of black pepper
Preparation
    Place chicken in baking pan.
    Combine all other ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until chicken is brown.
    Before serving, garnish with lemon slices, parsley or cooked green peas, if desired.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
