Tofu Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 block tofu
    3 stalks green onions, chopped
    1 medium carrot, grated
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3 to 4 shiitake (dried mushrooms), soaked and chopped
    1 can water chestnuts, chopped
    2 eggs
    1 can tuna, drained
Preparation
    Cut tofu into quarters and boil in salted water for 20 minutes.
    Drain and crumble.
    Combine with the other ingredients and bake for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
