Golden Glow Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 large marshmallows
1 c. pineapple juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
6 medium grated carrots
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water and cool.
Melt marshmallows in pineapple juice over low heat.
Fold until smooth.
Blend cheese, carrots and pineapple.
When gelatin cools, blend together all ingredients.
Pour into mold and chill several hours.
