Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 jar (8 oz.) Cheez Whiz
    1 bag (8 to 10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in
    margarine until transparent. Add Cheez
    Whiz
    and
    broccoli and when
    cheese
    mixture
    has melted, add rice, soup and milk.
    Mix well.
    Put
    into
    1
    1/2 quart casserole and bake at 325\u00b0 for 3/4 hour (covered for 1/2 hour
    and uncovered for 15 minutes).
    Stir
    occasionally.
    Can use more broccoli or rice if you like.
