Gruyere Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium size baking potatoes, unpeeled and thinly sliced
1 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp.salt
1/4 Tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Gruyere cheese
Preparation

Place potatoes in a greased 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine next 5 ingredients and pour over potatoes. Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake an additional 5 minutes.
Yields 4 to 6 servings.
