Ingredients

2 (6 oz.) boxes your favorite Jell-O flavor (strawberry and cherry recommended)
1 qt. Breyer's vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Add 4 cups of boiling water to powdered Jell-O.
Stir with wooden spoon until completely dissolved.
In place of cold water, slowly add partially softened vanilla ice cream to Jell-O mixture in pan.
Stir until completely melted.
Refrigerate in 10 x 13-inch pan until set (approximately 2 to 3 hours). Cut into squares.
Serves 10 to 12.
