Fruit Soup(Servings: 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    2 c. water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
    1 dash salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. orange sections
Preparation
    In food processor, blend strawberries until smooth; pour into saucepan.
    Add water, sugar, tapioca and salt; let stand 5 minutes.
    Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly; remove from heat and add lemon juice.
    Chill; add orange sections just before serving.
