Stuffed Shells Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (29 oz.) jar marinara sauce
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. jumbo shells (1 c., Ronzini)
Preparation
    Cook shells according to package directions.
    Pour marinara sauce into saucepan and heat.
    Spoon 1 cup of sauce into bottom of a large roasting pan or 1/2 cup sauce into each of two 2-quart baking pans.
    Reserve remaining sauce; keep warm.
