Peanut Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. peanuts, crushed or ground
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1 stick margarine, melted
3 eggs
1/2 c. white sugar
1/4 tsp. salt (omit if peanuts are salted)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8-inch) pie shell
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly; add sugar, syrup and butter and mix well. Add vanilla; add peanuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 to 50 minutes or until filling is firm and brown.
Pie may be soft when shaken gently but will firm as it cools.
