Vegetable Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    carrots
    broccoli
    cauliflower
    yellow squash
    lasagna noodles
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    Italian seasoning
    grated Mozzarella cheese
    Ricotta cheese
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions.
    Drain. Steam carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and yellow squash until tender.
    Drain.
    To vegetables, add cream of celery soup.
    Season with Italian seasoning.
    In baking dish, build layers of noodles, vegetables and grated Mozzarella and Ricotta cheese.
    Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until cheese is bubbly and brown.
