Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. round steak
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. water
Mrs. Grass onion soup mix
Preparation

Cut steak into 1-inch strips.
Brown on both sides.
Mix soup mix in 1 cup water.
Pour over steak and simmer on top of stove for 1 1/2 hours or until tender on low to medium heat. Soup mix will thicken into gravy.
