Easy Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. very lean stew beef
    1 can Campbell's French onion soup
    1 can Campbell's bouillon
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can mushroom pieces
    rice or noodles, cooked
Preparation
    Put beef, soups, onion, salt and pepper into a large pot. Simmer slowly for several hours.
    When the meat is tender, add sour cream and mushroom pieces.
    Bring to a boil and immediately serve over hot rice or noodles.
