Vegetable Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    red beans
    navy beans
    beef broth
    2 onions
    several garlic cloves
    celery
    carrots
    eggplant
    herbs (your choice)
    olive oil
Preparation
    Soak
    beans
    in
    broth.
    Cook down with garlic that has been minced.
    Add
    onions,
    celery
    and carrots, all chopped. Add eggplant, peeled and chopped, and olive oil.
    Season with herbs. Cook on very low burner until done.
