1 1/2 lb. lean round steak
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. oriental sesame seed oil
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
2 Tbsp. salad oil
2 medium celery stalks
1 large carrot
1 large red pepper
1 large yellow pepper
water chestnuts and mushrooms

Preparation

Trim fat; slice meat into thin strips.
Combine salad oil, sugar, cornstarch and pepper sauce and add meat strips.
Cut vegetables up.
