Ham And White Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cooked ham slice
    2 celery stalks
    2 carrots
    1 onion
    1 zucchini
    3 15 oz. cans Great Northern Beans
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 can chicken broth
    1/2 bag fresh spinach
Preparation
    Dice and saute celery, onion, carrots, zucchini, and ham in dutch oven with
    olive oil and seasoning.
    Stir in tomatoes, chicken broth, spinach, 1 can beans (smashed), and 2 cups water. Heat to boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
    Add the rest of beans and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
