6 pork chops
1/2 to 1 c. flour
salt and pepper to taste
Crisco
Preparation

Put flour, salt and pepper in a bag.
Put pork chops in and shake until flour covers chops.
Put Crisco in frying pan.
One at a time, put chops in pan.
Cook on medium heat until done.
