Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large baking potatoes, unpeeled
    1/2 c. oil
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Wash and scrub each potato; dry with a paper towel.
    Cut each potato into eight wedges; arrange peel side down in a shallow baking pan.
    Mix the rest of the ingredients and brush over potatoes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until potatoes are golden and tender.
    Brush occasionally with mixture.
