Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    4 large eggs (or egg substitute)
    1 scant Tbsp. corn meal
    juice from 2 lemons
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients together (don't beat) and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
