Greek Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. potatoes, cut in cubes
1 envelope dry Lipton onion soup mix
1/2 c. olive oil
salt and pepper
parsley flakes
Preparation

Place all ingredients in plastic Ziploc bag and shake to coat evenly.
Place in shallow baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, stirring several times during baking.
Cover with foil if it browns too fast.
