Easy Asparagus Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cans asparagus spears
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    8 oz. grated sharp cheese
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. blanched, sliced almonds
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Sauce:
    Melt margarine in a saucepan.
    Stir in flour until well blended.
    Slowly stir in 2 cups milk.
    When sauce is smooth and hot, reduce heat and stir in cheese.
    Season with salt, pepper, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
