Coconut-Orange Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp. grated orange rind
1/4 c. flaked coconut
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped

Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Fold in whipped cream.
Chill several hours.
Makes 1 1/3 cups.
