Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
 
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. corn flakes, crushed (optional)
Preparation
- 
                            Combine potatoes and 1/4 cup butter, onions, soup, sour cream and cheese.
 
Place in a buttered casserole.
Mix remaining butter and crushed corn flakes and sprinkle over potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
