Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 pkg. (8) refrigerated crescent rolls
    1 c. frozen loose pack hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    5 beaten eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a skillet cook sausage until well done, drain.
    Separate crescent rolls into 8-inch triangles.
    Place dough in 12-inch pizza pan, with points toward center.
    Press over bottom and sides to form crust.
    Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes.
    Top with Cheddar cheese.
    In a bowl, stir eggs, milk and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
    Carefully pour over mixture in crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 25 minutes or until set.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
